n the building there are three apartments of this type which are located respectively on the first, second and third floor, of which apartment 21 is designed to accommodate people with disabilities.

Each of them can accommodate up to a maximum of four people and consists of a large living area, a bedroom with walk-in closet, an eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with shower and two balconies overlooking the main façade of the building.
